		Karen has been caring for people as an RN for more than 20 years, most recently as the lead nurse in the University of Colorado Hospital Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic. Her passion for skin began while suffering through her own struggles with skin problems as a young adult. After working at other Med Spas in Cherry Creek, Karen wanted to create a different type of skin care experience. She founded Rejuv Skin Spa to provide a comfortable and caring environment where passsionate skincare professionals could make a dramatic difference in their clients' appearances and lives through a combination of skin education, treatment, and nurturing.
		When we met Katie, we liked her immediately and knew she would be a great addition to Rejuv - maybe because she's a "down-to-earth" Minnesotan like Karen's mom. Katie moved to Denver to receive her aesthetician training at the Aveda Institute. Her own bouts with acne and desire to provide more than superficial skincare treatments led her to work with us at Rejuv to offer "serious" skincare. Katie's thirst for knowledge is insatiable; she is constantly researching the latest advances in skincare products and treatments as she hones her skincare expertise under Karen's tutelage. With Katie, you'll feel instantly at ease and may be surprised by the depth and breadth of her knowledge and skills.
